RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective,  you can return it on the spot at the time of delivery. We will not accept any return requests after delivery.

REFUNDS

If You are eligible for a refund, we will process it according to the following guidelines: 

  1. a) All refunds will be initiated only after we pick up all the defective or damaged items from your or your customers premises.
  2. b) For orders paid online or with credit/debt card at the time of delivery, we sill credit / debit card at the time or delivery, we will refund the amount with in 7 – 10 working days to the same online account or card that was used for payment.
  3. c) For orders paid with cash on delivery option, we will refund the amount with in 7 – 10 working days to your bank account via NEFT.
  4. d) For orders paid with a promotional code, we will sent you a new promotional code with in 7 – 10 working days by hard copy or email.
  5. e) A promotional code that was used for a return order cannot be re-activated.
